----Organize local and overseas students and teachers to participate in intercultural exchange programs, eg: AFS Intercultural Exchange Programs, Summer School, Youth Camp in Shanghai, etc. The work include program design, setting up and keeping relationship with partners of different countries, market promotion, students recruitment, visa application and all coordination work during the program implementation. ----Organize different language speaking competitions, eg: Queensland Cup and Shamrock Cup Students English Competition, University Students Speech Competition in Japanese, etc.----Arrange overseas delegates or groups’ itinerary and official activities in Shanghai, eg: receiving Assistant Director-General of UNESCO, Fulbright Program teacher delegation, OECD experts, Supervisor group of school districts organized by Asia Society, VYLC student group, BGC (LACS) principal group and delegations invited by China Ministry of Education, National HANBAN and CEAIE. ---- Recruit foreign teachers for local schools. The work include communication among local school, foreign teacher and our overseas agent; candidate and vacancy match; interviewing the teacher if it’s necessary; facilitating in dealing with entry procedures. ---- Set up platform for local and overseas schools to connect with each other and share high quality educational resources altogether, eg: successfully matching Qibao High School in Shanghai with Dwight School in US to establish a new school of “Qibao Dwight High School” in Shanghai; ----Organize or co-organize non-profit projects, eg: Creative Environmental Protection, DAAD Children University, public lectures in local schools.
