Senior Production Planner, Supply Chain Management • Oversee and manage demand planning operations, production operation in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and ensure alignment across teams. Analyze customer Mis-deliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans: define and optimize data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems. Achieve production planning team’s KPI as per company’s target Management all aspect of production planning, raw material, and production control activities, ensuring compliance with standard process such as SIOP/MPS/MRP, Demand arbitration and management, material procurement. and delivery planning. Analyze forecast and provide update demand and guideline to team by weekly basis and execute daily work to effectively understand customer schedules and forecasts. Consideration of customer requirement, production capacity, cycle time, transit time to customer, lead time of delivery from supplier and preventive maintenance schedule. Calculate buffers as Min-Max for each finished goods part number in line with customer schedules which is able to cover schedule fluctuations and manufacturing can be leveled. Own inventory control & management for Finished Goods and WIP e.g., Keep optimum level of inventory days, minimize inventory excess and obsolete, Monitor and cleaning inventory on hold. Create production schedules by considering deadlines for customer orders and sales forecasting. Analyze production restriction and plant capacity data for manufacturing process, tool, OT, and human resource requirement. Comparing sales order vs forecast to identify forecast variance and analyzing reasons of changes in production plans to avoid material pipeline shortage, excess and obsolete. Establish and update production schedule to meet changing demands and maintain work environments safe and efficient at all times. Monitoring production output to ensure that actual production has been completed, material forecasting system is operated accurately and on time. Overall review potential material shortage and product delivery capability base on forecast variance. Achieving the on-time shipment and maintaining production work sequences. Coordinate with internal/external customer to ensure effective material acknowledgement through Global system and material requirement planning (MRP) MGO and take necessary action. Minimize inventory excess and obsolete, monitor and cleaning inventory on hold. Collaborate directly with production, quality, and relevant team (Finance, ExportTeam, Launch Program, Logistics, BOM and Sale Reporting) to provide continuous process improvement solutions EXPERIENCE
