- I tutor other teachers around the world through our EAL in the mainstream Primary Classroom course.- I do this along side my Primary School Role. - This is an 8 week PD course where we give the teachers insight and knowledge of tools they can use to support and scaffold for their EAL students. - I have 2 other co-tutors who I collaborate with to enhance the learning for our teachers. - This is run twice a year and has a high teacher sign up rate.

- I created training resources for around 400 international teachers. They were also shared with local teachers - During the Corona Virus school closure, I assisted in the creation and development of an online curriculum- I conducted observations and training; I provided formative feedback for the teachers on teaching through both online and in person lessons - 180 international teachers- I ran weekly CPD training sessions- I provided weekly reports and help train/induct new teachers- I created and launched the Teacher of the Month program in my local center

- I taught a range of subjects, these include: English, Maths, Reading, Science, World Culture, Global Leadership, Art, Music and P.E

-I won teacher of the year and teacher of the semester (out of 150 teachers)-I was educating and assessing over 300 students in Reading, Phonics and English-I put in my own interventions with students who were struggling to help bring them back in line with their peers. -In my observed lessons I received above standard (the best level possible with this company)

-I ran four 4-week training courses for their teachers in schools around Hanoi. The focus was on student centred learning, group-based learning, TTT and STT.-I also hosted academic events for them with over 400 students.- I taught ages 7-18 English.

-On top of my teaching responsibilities, I trained new EFL teachers and helped oversee curriculum development, education, testing and organising class projects. - I rolled out the Oxford English Pre-School Phonics Curriculum.-My role here gave me experience in timetabling and mapping a course of learning so that all the years learning objectives could be met successfully. It was my first ever insight into mentoring and training co-teachers.

-My role here included working a primary school in the north of Hanoi. I was required to plan and carry out lessons, carry out practice tests and ensure the students kept up with the course material. -This was a great learning experience for me regarding classroom management, as often the classes had up to 60 students and no teaching assistant. This meant that I learnt to use various techniques to keep interest and discipline in the lesson, E.g. Differentiation, proximity praise, reward systems, peer to peer learning, group management and more

I worked in the sales department here, Over my employment, I broke the daily, weekly and monthly sales records.

I joined this organisation in its final days of business. I ran the only profitable sales team for them. Unfortunately the company as a whole was not viable, but I gained great experience in motivating staff during turbulent times.

I worked as a pot wash, waiter, barman, duty manager, wedding co-ordinator and porter throughout my studies.

I worked as a Chef, Waiter, Barman, Potwash and many other roles here around my studies at university.

I started as a pot wash but was quickly promoted. I ordered stock, trained new staff, hired new staff, worked on marketing, organised charity drives, cashing up and more. When I went to university I worked part time.
