• Negotiate customer’s liabilities in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank to settle their past dues. • Follow up with the customer legal action to give them the best services and solutions. • Updating the system with actions I took with the customers on a daily basis. • Watching all the process to achieve the targets.

(3 years 7 months) • Responsible for managing portfolio of (GCL) customers who failed to make their payment on their credit facilities. Job included developing strategies to communicate with customers, review of MIS to effectively manage the portfolio, and negotiation / rescheduling of debt customers who were unable to pay. • Tracking and analyzing monthly flows through rates and meet cycle targets of accounts and effectiveness. • Analyze and improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness through benchmarking with historical data by utilizing specially designed reports generated by the MIS function on a daily basis. • Provide feedback to collections supervisor on operations and flow of work with ideas for improvement of certain process where appropriate. • Responsible for managing agencies. Job included referring delinquent customers with updated inquires of the customers' delinquent amount, Calculating expenses and targets for them, follow up agencies' DCR, follow up the mails from branches to give the best service for customer`s inquiries, and Issuing clearance letters for non-delinquent customers.
