- Operational and Commercial Customer Service to VIP customer;- Responsible for all Air freight and quotation for Intelbras company with DHL;- Overseas Office shipment request and coordination;- Fill detailed information of each shipment at DHL system.

- Responsible for the complete International Logistic whether its by sea, truck or air shipment and also Cabotage;- Arrange quotations and meeting with forwarders and partner for freight service;- Cost Reduction of International Logistic;- Coordinate the shipment with the companys Chinese Branch Office of over 300 containers / month;- Provide full follow up of all shipments: - Inform which product is been shipped; - When the product/container will be shipped; - When the container will arrive, time of customs declaration and estimated clearance date to be transferred to the companys warehouse;

- Contact with overseas CMA CGM offices;- Handle the full Import Document Process related to the Carrier;- Fill CMA CGM System and Customs System to get the Vessels Birth approved by the local customs;- CMA CGM Import department System Support for National users;- Customer Support and Commercial Department Support;- During the SISCARGA (customs system control) implementation, CMA CGM was one of the 3 Carriers chosen to make the tests and make sure the system was 100% before running to users. The tests took over 6 months. We were the first to develop the system to upload all the information automatically in SISCARGA system.
