Responsible for the website development, designation and design of Mountain View Builders. This included the firm focus on Google Maps as a sole tool of marketing and promotion. Transformed an inward focused organisation into a people-first, development-centric workforce. Specifically achieved by regional gatherings, monthly wellness vouchers for staff and vibrant quarterly meetings. Developed a reward based culture and restructured HR practices including implementation of KPIs and performance appraisals. Re-branded and implemented a new software migration using Windows Server 2022, Workday and Active Directory. Plus an internally developed instant messaging system. Re-engineered, enhanced operational output and reduced overall costs. Managed and supervised the internal security infrastructure of Mountain View Builders. Migrated to an offshore client who supplied on-call, 24/7 support. This cut costs significantly as our data infrastructure was extremely secure after the migration.
