  • Gymnastics Instructor

    FLIPS R 4 KIDS GYMNASTICS
    2014.09-2015.01(5 months)
Get the attendance ready and then we would head into the gym with the kids. A class lasts 45 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the age and what classes they are in. There are usually 3 coaches in the gym and one in the office. This job gave me so much experience working with children from 18 months to 18 years old. I learned to think quick on my feet and I have become more creative having this job. The most enjoyable part about work is seeing a smile on the childrens faces knowing that I had some part in it to make them happy really makes my day. The hardest part would be when the children do not listen no matter what you do, but thats when I think quickly and play a fun game or ask the children to do a challenge that way they are still engaged with the class. We also had a class to work with children who had a disability and no other children were around during this session to give our kids more time to work on their skills.
