Do experiments (DOE) at the request of the customer to find the root cause Minimize / Quickly handle customer problems Highlight when errors arise Give the cause and countermeasure to improve Yield rate as high as possible Combined with ME / TE / SQE / QA / SMT in daily meetings to come up with solutions, Control Run detects errors as soon as possible. Arrange work, train workers to analyze and repair goods Make a Trend Chart to track errors by day / week (If the Fail Rate is high, youneed to report it to handle it as quickly as possible) Report to the manager the progress of daily tasks, the progress of error handling of the relevant departments Urging SQE/Vendor to submit FA report every time material defect Dealing with customers in every weekly meeting Do other tasks when requested by the owner Training and preparing for customer auditor new model- do smart phone - Setup new model, setup machine, do FBU, do strain gauge.
