As a full-time Room Teacher and Foreign Language Teacher, I am responsible for leading a classroom of young learners, delivering engaging and age-appropriate English lessons in an immersive environment. I plan and implement daily activities that support early childhood development, including language acquisition, communication skills, and social-emotional growth. I collaborate closely with local teachers and staff to ensure consistency in classroom routines and educational goals. My role also involves preparing teaching materials, tracking student progress, supporting bilingual development, and maintaining strong relationships with students and their families. Special attention is given to creating a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels safe, confident, and motivated to learn.

At Nansha Country Garden Bilingual Kindergarten, I worked as an English language teacher within the framework of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Early Years Programme. My responsibilities included designing and delivering inquiry-based lessons that foster language development, critical thinking, and global awareness. I collaborated closely with Chinese co-teachers to plan transdisciplinary units that aligned with the IB philosophy and curriculum standards. Through the use of visual, auditory, and hands-on resources, I created dynamic learning experiences that supported holistic child development. I also participated in student assessments, parent communication, and professional development activities, contributing to a nurturing bilingual environment that encouraged curiosity, independence, and a love for learning.
