Projects： Ding Talk (Internal working station): Project Manager, analyzing multiple platforms, evaluating synergies, coordinating internal and external resources, solution analysis, and subsequent training and promotion. Factory Central Control Center Supervision Platform: Project Manager, analyzing solutions and technical feasibility proposed by vendors, managing overall project schedule and cross-departmental communication, and orchestrated multi-department data integration efforts, including inputs from Environmental Engineering, Fire Safety, Facility Engineering, and Plant Operations with subsystem vendors. RPA and HFM System Implementation: Project Manager, SAP data technology transformation and analysis of HFM-related architecture logic, using OCR automatic identification of supplier invoices, inventory offsetting based on PO details, and linking ERP to complete the entire automated invoicing and billing process.
