I was responsible for building a new Tessera Taiwan R&D team for the fast MEMS AF platform prototyping, working with worldwide cross functional teams, managing project budgets and optimizing resource usage. Under my direct supervision, I managed 25+ RD engineering involve opto-mechanical packaging, design, new Active Alignment manufacturing process, testing and image tuning. Over the last 14 years, I have experience in AF mobile camera module as well as laser designing, packaging, volume manufacturing, testing and problem solving. I am now focusing to leverage advance Semi-Conductor packaging method for simpler, efficient camera module fabrication.
