Serve as the primary contact and coordinator with customers addressing their needs and resolving issues proactively, Responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure that projects are on schedule · Release customer purchase order into system, update delivery schedule, negotiate the delivery schedule and order confirmation. · Cooperate with the internal team to ensure smooth business operation support such as approval workflow, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Purchase Order (PO) and billing. · Communication with customers as a daily basis and distribute information from customers to concerned person and gather information back to customer. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence. · Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. · Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads. · Update and maintain Company Profile, Project Reference List, including proposal to management for continuous improvement of those documents
