(1 year 4 months) • Owned and executed the roadmap for SuperPedestrian’s Embedded Engineering Team, outlining key milestones, minimum viable products, and goals for each program. • Worked in sync with Engineering Management to ensure product requirements were well understood, completion milestones were feasible, and product quality was maintained. • Product manager for multiple teams, fostering cross-functional innovation in a collaborative environment. • Product Owner for Pedestrian Defense, a breakthrough product designed to deter sidewalk riding using a machine learning algorithm to assess if a scooter rider was riding dangerously on a sidewalk. • Successfully balanced the needs of multiple stakeholders and customers, including riders, city officials and policies, and our internal operations staff.

• Led a product team of seven people from ideation to product development for three products within a new medical device Health Division at Bose, balancing the needs of design, user experience, hardware engineering, mobile app, and marketing. • Made strategic decisions involving time to market, cost of the product, customer experience, and technical risk when selecting electrical and acoustic architectures. UX • Utilized design thinking, along with anthropomorphic and user research, to determine the number of SKUs for a wearable product that would best fit our target demographic while meeting both business stakeholder’s needs and sales targets. • Wrote, managed, and prioritized product requirements for three medical device products. • Developed sales training materials, consumer event marketing demonstrations, and traveled to high-volume sales venues to conduct in-person advanced training for the launch of Bose Hearphones. Specialized in converting complex engineering concepts into language that was easy for retail employees and customers to understand. • Represented Bose as subject matter expert in multiple product introduction videos, including a recording done for CBS Sunday Morning.

(4 years 4 months) • Designed and built test infrastructure, using agile development (scrum), that was capable of running ANSI test standards for hearing aids and sound amplifiers. • Implemented electro-acoustic test protocols to provide critical performance data to support an FDA DeNovo Application. • Executed in-ear and on-head measurements to ensure the product met design criteria in a real-life application. • Worked closely with design engineering to ensure testing provided the most meaningful data possible.
