  An expansion of my Controls I responsibilities, I am actively leading and directing several projects valuing between $200,000 and $55M. I am in control of, monitoring and altering budgets ranging between $15,000 and $10M for Controls alone, and have directed teams ranging from 2 engineers to 10 engineers for each of these projects. Expanding up on my Controls I responsibilities, I have been a driving force behind new Bastian Kaizen initiatives, Hoshin standards, and new technologies including major capital investments in new communication infrastructure as well as new product development of entirely new product lines. Internal Kaizen and Hoshin initiatives are slated to save the company $2M+ over a given fiscal year. External and hardware initiatives have the potential to drive future business into $40M+ in future offerings and sales. I have proven time and time again that the execution of these cost-saving measures, as well as product expansion measures, are successful with proper documentation, follow-up, and team-lead effort, all of which I am a driving force. I have gained several awards internal to Bastian through my time as a Controls II, including (Q3 FY2024) Bastian Culture Quarterly Award, and (Q1 FY2025) Bastian Team Leadership Award.   Responsible for Custom projects at Bastian, and placed within a team of talented and driven engineers to aid in more complex designs that included integrations outside of the realm of Bastian's day-to-day Standard projects. My project development and inception expertise had grown substantially, and continues to grow throughout my time with Bastian.   A continuation of my role within the Florida office of Grantek, expansion of responsibilities included direct Life Sciences customer follow-up and achieving new business equating to $2M in total sales for Grantek. The expansion of my role included gaining additional accreditation with Inductive Automation's Ignition software, earning me Core Certification in Ignition 7.9 and 8.0. As a driving force behind new business, my responsibilities included spinning up and training new office hires to expand the office from 2 persons to 6. I directly interfaced with these new employees by providing them with skills and experience within existing accounts that took them to the next level of their careers within Grantek, ensuring that future Grantek leaders would stem from their experience. Job responsibilities included direct Project Management of various Life Science applications, including those for returning customers which often included balancing 10 to 12 projects at a time for optimal result that fit Grantek's future goals. Ever-mindful of project budgets, it was my responsibility to procure and administer all parts and products for projects within the South Florida area. I was often called to assist with other Allentown projects as well, given my prowess in design and application of solutions.

  Dealing almost exclusively in automation control with a focus on project management, I have mastered HMI SCADA and PLC design and implementation. As a valued member of the Allentown office, I was hand-selected to headway the growth of Grantek's newest office in South Florida where I helped to grow that location into a thriving part of Grantek as a whole. Through performing skilled PLC and HMI integration for various industries in the continental US and Canada, I worked almost exclusively with regulated pharmaceutical, renewable energy, and food and beverage manufacturers. Time and time again, I provided experience and an attention to detail that fellow team members, customers, and end users utilize while performing their daily jobs. Working with different Grantek teams for each project, I established a firm place for myself within new and exciting technologies that Grantek tackled on a day-to-day basis. I was responsible for organizing and/or leading many new internal initiatives, such as policy creation and revisions, general standards creation, and growing the organization into a strong and successful Automation Integrator. Externally, my initiatives includes establishing a complex Ignition and FactoryTalk SCADA network at several pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and energy production facilities. These included designing SCADA platforms for Coater-Dryer-Laminator pharmaceutical function, Real Time Automation-controlled wind energy production plants, and several product storage and retrieval platforms for manufacturing facilities. Within the PLC sphere, I was a strong leader in the design and implementation of multiple-usage PLC programs for newly-integrated PLC controls in manufacturing ASRS applications, solar power plant controls, and numerous pharmaceutical applications including Regenerative Thermal Oxidizing, detailed process control, and general migration and improvement initiatives.
