I am a global operations and supply chain quality leader with close to two decades of experience across electronics, high-tech, footwear, bags, and accessories industries. My expertise spans manufacturing excellence, supplier performance transformation, quality governance, and end-to-end operational execution within complex international supply networks. Currently serving as Head of Global Supply Chain Quality at Dr. Martens, I am leading the integrated quality management strategy from Tier 1 suppliers through to global markets - DTC, B2B and Resale(ReWair) program, driving global standardization, and capability building across manufacturing partners and regions. My focus is on developing high-performing teams, strengthening process management, improving right-first-time performance, reducing cost of poor quality, and protecting brand integrity. I further expanded my global business perspective through the MBA Talent Program at Western Sydney University (QS Top 1.2% globally).
