- Responsible for managing from the NPI stage to mass production (EVT,PRB,DVT, MP): making plans, tracking and monitoring, pushing project progress. - Determine the list of project team members, organize each build to hold a factory start-up meeting, formulate a development plan, define relevant responsible persons DRI and complete time CP. - Regarding risk management: estimate project risks, prevent in advance and highlight risk issues in time. - Master the development progress of all products, promote process improvement and optimization, coordinate and arrange process verification, improve product profit margins, ensure that the optimal process before mass production can be produced stably, and manage project team members: formulate project member KPIs, and evaluate the performance of project team members after each build. - Organize R&D, PMC, production, and quality member departments to hold project meetings regularly, lead the review of project progress, improve yield, hold a summary meeting after the build, and track improvement measures. - In charge of as point for customer technical communication, connect with customer MDE, SME, GSM, and discuss technical issues with customers, including DFM, specifications, product structure, material selection, automation, inspection, etc. - Responsible for customer visits or telephone conferences, visit customers, and discuss product design, application and process improvement FACA. - Oversee EPM/TPM teams: segment DRI workload, monitor overall progress (weekly phase gate reports, yield improvement report for 2 times/week,daily production progress reports), and be responsible for reporting to senior management.
