Technical Support & reliability leader| Improving Machine Reliability. during 2016-2021: I was an Automation technical support engineer at Michelin Siam company I mainly responsible for provide technical support and improvement reliability of machine included with new machine installation sur plus with special assignment of being an industrial project coordinator and leader. Jan2022-June2023: I work as Mold process development in Process Improvement Team(PIT) at Michelin France, I mainly work for support technical machine method during project phase for some machine process improvement or new prototype machine to realize with FMEA, Machine Installation Reception protocol(CI,RF) for delivery machine to the factory in Michelin mold organization and I also discover an experience of technical central team administration during my expatriate mission 18months in France. July-2023 to Present: I work as Method TEC in maintenance department which mainly responsibles for driving & contribute the activity performance through method/system by apply the maintenance foundation from Group. From 9M Foundation,I am in charge on 3 out of 9 foundation which is M02 mamage TEC competency M04 Preventive maintenance M06 CMMS (create useful BI dashboard for monitoring the activity performance such as data for reliability analysis( 1.major/repetitive BD,%Loss time. 2.PM schedule compliance. 3.Sheduled assignment resource analysis. 4.integrity of data quality record on CMMS & data planning quality for refurbish work, etc.) Special Assignment: Project manager(Bronze level) To running of new machine investment project through waterfall project approach(Milestone validation,WBS,CBS,contract,international coordination,etc) to ensure the acheivement of the project in term of quality,cost and delivery as the project contract.
