  Global product developer men and woman for the Oakley Main line apparel team based in Milan. In charge of the development for the Snowboard - Ski Line & Bike Line. Cross garment category from Tech Outerwar, Tech Pants to Mid Layer. For the Tech Outerwear I manage both category Insulated and Shell garment. Special project as Olympics and high level collections more fashion driven. Reaserch and development for fabrics cross Asia Mill and Italian Mill. Focus on woven fabric, tech one for example 3 layer fabric or 2 layer fabric with performance standard but also more fashion driven fabric mixed with performance. Reserach and development for new zip but also for all the metal and general trims fro all the collection. Working very close with all the main supplier of the tech industry as : Goretex - Recco - 3M Thinsulate - Polartec. Managing global suppier based in Italy, Asia, South America for proto and collection launch and final sample for the sales meeting. I Daily work with design team, merch team and sourcing team. Taking care of the collection from the initial merch brief for the new development to the creation of the teach pack in collaboration with the design team. Checking the fob with the sourcing in order to deliver the best solution for the garment. I attend to the fitting for protos and SMS before the bulk production with QA team and Production team. Business trip in ASIA to vendor or for the proto lauch or for CP1 comments and also to all the Fabric supplier in order to check the fabric and negotiate the price. Di.Ba specialist & PLM user. Reporting to the Product Manager but also i work very close with the Operation Manager and the creative drector Massimo Nicosia

  Designer & developer for Palm Angels kids start-up project for New Guards Group. Setting the budget for the future collection. Invoice checking for SMS and proto sample from all the supplier involved in the line. Sku developer anfter the kick of with the merch team for the seasonal Kid line, Mini Me line and New Born line with the monthly meeting with Francesco Ragazzi. Teach Sheet for proto launch and after for SMS Bom creation and also price checking with the diferent fabtory for the final FOB requested from the merch team. Factory and lab cordination, ex. embroidery house with final garment maker; ex. laundry with the denim garment maker; in Italy or Europe. Moodboard and colord card with the LD process. R&D for fabric, accessories and footwear ( Milano Unica, Linea Pelle). Fabric and trim developer managing diferent supplier and process. I collaborate with graphic designers for the development of graphics and also the all over pattern. Collection launch in house to the diferent supplier base in Italy plus Europe. Proto fitting with kids and also bulk production fitting. Montly bussines trip to the supplier for checking the Proto sample& SMS progress. PLM user for final Di.Ba, anagraphics, logistic, bills and collection order. Assistand during shooting for marketing and lookbook and final fashion show with the adult team. Reportly directly to te Product Manager and Creative Director Francesco Ragazzi.
