Hello!
I am a disciplined and alert individual who works well in high
pressure customer facing environments. I’m also used to such
situations where staying aware and communicating clearly while
also acting decisively really matters. I have great experience with
handling conflicts and de-escalating situations and keeping things

I currently work at Klarna Bank AB as a customer service
representative where I'm tasked to handle various cases and
complaints as well as sensitive customer cases across several
communication channels that we use, which includes chat, phone
and email. I believe this role has helped me become better and
quicker at assessing situations while following procedures
accurately as well as making good and logical decisions under
pressure. The skills I use every day are directly relevant to guard,
leadership, and store representative roles.
People see me as someone they can depend on with great
leadership. I will take initiative while staying calm when things
don’t go as planned, and adapt quickly to said changes. I pay very
close attention to my surroundings and notice out of the ordinary
behavior or small details that could point to a potential risk,
operational issues, or customer concerns. I also place strong
