1. Responsible for pre-sales support, delivery and day-to-day maintenance management of large MS projects in the German-speaking region; 2. Responsible for replicating and resolving technical issues with SI Import/EU POC field products; 3. Responsible for maintaining customer relationship with TOP SI product and technical operations team and developing business supported by TOP SI. 4. Responsible for interfacing with Microsoft DPS/TTS to obtain the latest market dynamics and competing products information and as HQ.

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in communication, electronics, computer or related majors; 2. Strong customer understanding, demand analysis and problem orientation; 3. Strong language and writing skills, able to independently write high-quality solutions;
