岗位职责： 1.负责电动品类家电（带电机马达）的产品设计和优化工作； 2.负责新产品开发中各个阶段的评审、试模、试产及量产的组织、协调和跟进工作，并解决过程出现的技术问题； 3.负责样机试制，改模，并按照确定的改模方案出改模资料，保证改模效果的达成； 4.负责编写新品开发过程中的各种技术文件，确保过程控制文件符合研发控制流程和相关质量管理标准。 Lead the design and optimization of electric household appliances (motor-driven). Organize, coordinate, and monitor reviews, mold trials, pilot runs, and mass production during new product development; resolve technical issues. Manage prototype development and mold modifications; prepare modification documentation to ensure effectiveness. Draft technical documents for new product development, ensuring compliance with R&D processes and quality management standards.

任职资格： 1、中文书写说熟练； 2、大专以上学历，理工科类相关专业，3年以上产品开发经验； 3、熟悉产品开发流程，有独立完成开发设计项目经验，有独立负责项目开展经验； 4、熟练掌握常用五金/电子/电器/材料知识，掌握五金/塑料类产品加工工艺及产品设计注意事项； 5、有良好的沟通表达能力，团队合作能力，责任心强，学习能力强； 6、熟练使用creo、preo等三维设计软件，常用办公软件。 Proficient in written and spoken Chinese. Associate degree or above in science or engineering, with over 3 years of product development experience. Familiarity with product development processes, experience in independently completing design projects and leading project implementation. Strong command of hardware/electronics/electrical appliance/material knowledge, processing techniques for hardware/plastic products, and product design considerations. Excellent communication, teamwork, responsibility, and learning abilities. Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Creo, ProE) and common office tools.
