Administrative Manager/Supervisor (Bangkok) 【Job Responsibilities】 1. Preparatory Support 1.1 Factory Site Selection in Thailand: Assist in researching industrial zones in Bangkok and its surrounding areas, evaluate conditions such as transportation, logistics, and policy support, and provide site selection suggestions. 1.2 Business Registration: Coordinate with Thai government agencies (such as the Board of Investment BOI) to complete company registration, tax registration, environmental approval, and other procedures. 1.3 Personnel Recruitment: Based on the company's human resource needs, formulate recruitment plans, recruit employees through local recruitment platforms (such as Thailand Job Search and Recruitment Network, JobJeen, etc.), and coordinate the interview and onboarding processes. 1.4 Equipment Procurement and Logistics: Assist in purchasing office and production equipment, coordinate cross-border transportation, customs clearance, and local supplier connections. 1.5 Local Guide: Serve as a local guide for Chinese employees in Thailand, ensuring their personal safety and providing living support. 2. Mid-Term Operational Management 2.1 Administrative Coordination: Manage daily administrative affairs, including document translation, meeting organization, and government relationship maintenance. 2.2 Human Resources Management: Be responsible for attendance, salary calculation, performance evaluation, and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws. 2.3 Financial Assistance: Assist the headquarters in basic financial coordination, such as tax declaration and expense reimbursement. 2.4 Logistics Support: Coordinate the factory's logistics support work.
Job Requirements
1. Language Skills: Proficient in Thai and Chinese. 2. Experience Background: - More than 3 years of comprehensive administrative and human resources management experience, with experience in manufacturing or Chinese enterprises setting up factories overseas preferred; - Familiar with Thai business registration, labor laws, tax policies, and the operation processes of foreign-funded enterprises; - More than 5 years of living experience in Thailand. 3. Skill Requirements: - Strong cross-cultural communication skills, capable of independently coordinating with government agencies and local suppliers; - Proficient in using Office software, with basic financial knowledge preferred.
