Reports To • Head of Department • Head of School Key Responsibilities • Deliver up to 25 weekly ELA classes, incorporating extra-curricular clubs or enrichment programs (up to 3 hours weekly). • Plan lessons, units, and projects aligned with curriculum guidelines, using ATLAS software for preparation tracking. • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs and curriculum objectives. • Assess student progress through tests, projects, and assignments, maintaining records via PowerSchool. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, and support school-wide events. • Provide academic guidance, remedial support, and individual/small-group instruction for varied language abilities. • Engage with parents/guardians, attend professional development sessions, and contribute to school marketing efforts as needed. Requirements 1. Minimum 2-3 years of English Literature teaching experience in middle/high school. 2. Native English speaker from the USA, Australia, UK, Ireland, Canada, or New Zealand. 3.
