1. To have complete knowledge on the beverage / service provided by Bar Rouge 2. Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction 3. Follow all Bar Rouge service standards 4. Ensure that Bar standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied 5. Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the service, bar, reservation 6. Check bar mise en place and setup with standards at all time 7. Relay management decisions and make sure they are applied 8. Maintain consistency in quality of service 9. Convey a positive image of the bar through professionalism and good attitude 10. Check floor staff's attitude 11. Relay information to management 12. Enforce staff motivation and team building
