What you will be doing:•Manage a web-based product and its business strategy;•Report to and manage Stakeholders' expectations;•Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal departments including: technical development team in Shanghai, Community Management team in Barcelona;•Manage the product roadmap, write functional specification for upcoming features;•Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity of product;•Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.

Requirements:•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in German and English;•Previous Product Management a bonus;•Two to five years web-related experience (non-technical);•Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills in order to liaise with different teams;•Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills;•Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing.
