Job responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1. Build relationships with important users and business partners. Maintain customer relationships by using Line, Facebook, Messengers, callings, and emails. 2. Be responsible for revenue events and business cooperation activities on the platform and for the result of them. 3. Work cross-functionally with PM, Engineering, Marketing, and Content Team to guarantee timely product launches and new function updates. 4. Some other things that need to be supported.
Job Requirements
Position Requirement: 1, Bachelor’s degree or above. 2, At least half year of VIP users operation or customer service in online live streaming/voice chat application or other related area. 3, Be patient, have good thinking logic, data analysis and communication and proficient in Microsoft Software, expertise in Excel and PPT. 4, good at English communication and if speak Mandarin & past HSK-6 will be better. 5, Must be Native Thai people.
