Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
User Engagement & Event Creation:
¡Plan, execute, and manage virtual or in-app events (e.g., surveys, challenges, contests, webinars) to boost user engagement and participation.
¡Develop creative and interactive campaigns that encourage users to share feedback, engage with new features, or participate in community activities.
¡Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create event themes, content, and promotional materials.
Feedback Collection & Analysis:
¡Design and distribute surveys, polls, and feedback forms to gather user insights on app features, user experience, and satisfaction.
¡Analyze the collected feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
¡Present findings to relevant teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Support) to influence product decisions and improve the user experience.
User Participation & Retention:
¡Create and implement strategies to increase active user participation in events, feedback sessions, and app usage.
¡Develop incentive programs or rewards for users who contribute feedback or participate in events, helping to maintain ongoing engagement.
¡Monitor and track user participation metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets for event attendance and feedback collection.
Community Building:
¡Foster a sense of community among users through regular engagement initiatives such as discussion forums, in-app interactions, and social media.
¡Develop communication strategies to keep users informed about upcoming events, new features, and how their feedback is influencing product changes.
¡Encourage users to interact with one another, creating a more vibrant and participatory app community.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
¡Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and encourage users to participate.
¡Collaborate with product and design teams to align feedback with ongoing app development and improvement initiatives.
¡Partner with customer support teams to ensure that user feedback is understood and addressed in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Education:
¡Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for clear communication with global teams and users.
Experience:
¡1+ years of experience in user engagement, marketing, or community management roles, preferably within an app or digital product environment.
¡Proven experience in organizing and managing online events, campaigns, or user engagement initiatives.
¡Familiarity with survey tools, feedback collection platforms, and user engagement metrics.
Skills & Attributes:
¡Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and connect with users.
¡Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design fun and engaging events.
¡Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events or campaigns simultaneously.
¡Data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing feedback and user behavior to optimize engagement strategies.
¡Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating positive user experiences.
