1. Undertake English teaching for undergraduate students, focusing on cultivating their English application and oral expression abilities. 2. Participate in collective lesson preparation, teaching seminars, and regular meetings, actively exchange teaching experience with colleagues, and jointly improve teaching quality. 3. If any problems are found in teaching, promptly report to superiors and discuss solutions, and be responsible for implementing them. 4. Submit weekly, monthly, and semester reports in accordance with the requirements of the teaching department to ensure the standardization and effectiveness of teaching work. 5. Responsible for student management, including recording student attendance, guiding students to participate in English activities and competitions, and paying attention to students' learning and psychological status. 6. Participate in the development of course outlines, guidance books, and textbooks according to the overall plan, and continuously improve teaching content and methods. 7. Take teaching seriously, continuously improve teaching methods, pay attention to teaching by example, set a good example, and influence students with a rigorous teaching attitude and noble professional ethics.
