Daily and Monthly Responsibilities • Create innovative and intuitive user experiences that define the future of home cooking and online grocery shopping • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock ups • Provide high-quality final designs that are ready for developers to implement • Work with the design and product team to continuously elevate the user experience • Create delightful interactions and build a robust design system • Collaborate effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams • Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience • Participate in prototype usability testing and iterating based on insights

• You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field • You have5+years prior experience as a UI/NX Designer as well as a strong portfolio including successfully launched products. • You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite√ You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
