We are looking for smart, passionate and results-driven individuals Role overview * Join a newly set up digital products team TalentOrg（https://talentorg.com ）.Responsible for the UI design * Lead consumer product strategy and translate user needs/insights into product design planning and implementation * Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers * Responsible for reviewing and constantly updating user experience and interface across different digital touch points

Requirements * Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role * At least 3 years experience in user experience designer * Product design experience of successfully launched To B products * Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software * Strong ability to translate user requirements into product design * Good time-management skills,Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability * Bachelor or Master degree in Design/Art or relevant field Please sent us your CV with your design case
