Job Requirements
Education:Bachelor degree in work-related majors; social work, special education, psychology. Languages:Proficiency in Chinese Fluency in English PC Skill: Basic computer operation skills are mandatory (MS Office) Professional : Previous experience in work, training, and communication with people with intellectual disabilities - a valuable plus! Experience: intellectual disabilities - a valuable plus! Previous experience in designing and conducting training and curriculum development Previous experience in lecturing and/or tutoring Others: Passion and motivation to lead a social change! Problem-solving ability Entrepreneurial mindset Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Skill in prioritizing tasks and obligations Attention to details Excellent time management and organization
