Contact and maintain the company's existing customers, explored and followed up potential customers. 3. Development direction: Regular inquiry (brand official website inquiry, order conversion rate ≥90%) support; Repeated purchase data support for online Amazon and eBay market development; Independently through Google, Yahoo and regional e-commerce platform mobile search development; Exhibitions (EG. CES, Hong Kong, IFA, Germany), etc. 4. Actively communicate with customers through email, online, telephone and other forms, and follow up orders. Actively contact customers, follow up customers on time, do customer filing work. 5. Timely grasp and analyze competitor information and collect effective competitor data; Understand market dynamics and actively collect and feedback market information.

Qualifications: 1. Proficient in English reading and writing, good oral English, familiar with brand and channel development and operation mode is preferred. 2.
