Responsible for daily financial management, accounting operations, and financial reporting of the Thailand business. Support budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and operational financial management to help management make business decisions. Monitor cash flow, cost control, inventory, AR/AP, and overall financial risks. Coordinate with local accounting firms, auditors, tax authorities, banks, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Thailand regulations and tax requirements. Build and optimize financial processes, internal controls, SOPs, and cross-functional workflows. Support ERP / financial system implementation, process digitalization, and operational efficiency improvements. Partner closely with business teams, operations, supply chain, and management as a Finance BP to support business growth and profitability. Participate in overseas localization management and assist in building and managing local finance teams when required.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields. 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with overseas working experience preferred (Thailand / Southeast Asia preferred). Experience in manufacturing, logistics, retail, trading, or multinational operations is preferred. Familiar with budgeting, financial analysis, financial reporting, internal control, and local compliance management. Strong ownership mindset, communication skills, execution ability, and cross-cultural collaboration capability. Able to work independently in a fast-paced overseas environment and solve practical operational problems. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, EAS, or other ERP systems is preferred. Candidates with finance digitalization, shared service, process optimization, audit, or BOI project experience are highly preferred.
