We are currently looking for the right candidate to provide technical support to researchers using our products and to help marketers promote our products. Candidates will provide technical support to customers in mainland China and Hong Kong, and work with the technical team in the US headquarters to resolve customer product and technical issues. Travel to visit customers and attend technical seminars or conferences. Job Responsibilities - Provide technical support to distributors and end users. Our products include Pixul Diversiform integrated ultrasound, epigenetics, and gene regulation products such as ChIP-Seq, DNA methylation, and reporter genes. - Present at offline or online seminars and communicate with end users on technical issues. - Analyze and interpret experimental results and help customers solve problems encountered in their experiments. - Provide customers with professional advice on products and services according to their needs. - Write promotional materials, etc., and complete the public account tweets arranged by the company on a regular basis - Translate professional content, complete the task of translating English materials arranged by the company. - Industry conference, academic conference support. - Solve pre-sale and post-sale problems of sales or customers, and complete electronic documents. - Completing customer visit tasks assigned by the company and completing PPT presentations. - Complete internal and external training, publicity and lectures arranged by the company. - Carry out new business technical support according to the company's arrangement.

Job Requirements: - Master's degree or above (molecular biology related majors). - Experience in operating in the field of molecular biology, familiar with the principles and procedures of ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq and other experiments. - Familiar with epigenetics related concepts. - Experience in operating in the field of molecular biology, able to independently operate ChIP-Seq and ATAC-Seq projects. - Excellent Chinese language skills, good verbal and written communication skills to communicate well with customers. - Excellent English writing skills and good English language communication skills (CET6). - Proficient in using office software. - Passionate about problem solving challenges - Excellent time management skills - Track record of academic or professional success - Good interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation skills - Passion for science - Researchers in biotech companies and universities will be considered. Bonus Skills: - Research experience in epigenetic or gene regulation related fields. - Extensive experience with chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP-Seq), WB, IF, IHC, and DB. - Technical support experience. - Fluent in English.
