1. Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support of vehicle diagnostics, in-vehicle networks, and ECU testing product lines, including phone, email, and on-site services. 2. Conduct technical training for both internal staff and clients on the aforementioned products. 3. Analyze customer requirements and develop effective solutions for clients. 4. Improve technical documentation and prepare technical materials.

Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or above (full-time regular program), with fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 2. Educational background in Automotive Electronics, Computer Science, Network Communications, or other electronics-related fields is preferred. 3. Strong interest in automotive electronics and telematics, solid professional knowledge foundation, and excellent learning ability. 4. Effective communication skills, reliability, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with high personal standards. 5. Strong service orientation and teamwork spirit, willing to undertake occasional business trips.
