Your tasks: 1. Checking and ensuring product quality standards at the manufacturing sites in China from product development to series production to final acceptance 2. Conducting regular manufacturing inspections and quality tests on non-food items, including evaluating initial samples and prototypes for safety aspects and functionality at the production sites 3. Preparation of inspection / test reports and communication of the results to internal departments, e.g. QC 4. Evaluation of product and production conditions 5. Checking and tracking of corrective actions and improvements 6. Development, implementation and follow-up of improvements as well as corrective actions

Your profile: 1. Completed technical degree is an advantage or a comparable technical qualification and experience 2. Several years of professional experience in quality control / quality assurance according to European standards, ideally in the field of non-food hard goods funiture category – advantageous 3. Experience and knowledge of quality assurance processes through production inspections according to AQL standard DIN 2859 desirable 4. Routine in the preparation of inspection reports as well as good technical understanding 5. Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) an advantage 6.
