1. Responsible for establishing the factory's new product introduction system and management standards for product processing technology (electronics, structure, software) . 2. Responsible for setting up product standard working hours and lean production management. 3. Responsible for leading technical team to carry out project technical management and training technical personnel. 4. Responsible for assessment management of external technical exchange, the introduction of new materials and new processes technologies; 5. Responsible for problems solving of processing technology and quality in production and follow up guidance. 6. Responsible for R&D, introduction and promotion of tooling, fixture and testing equipment.

1. College degree or above, English can be used as working language. 2. Five years or above working experience in production technology management. 3. Master professional knowledge and rich management experience of module and TV machine technology. 4. Capable of project management and technical team management. 5. Excellent team spirit and leadership, supervision and management ability. 6. Understand and identify with Chinese culture. With working experience in Chinese company is preferred.
