☝️ Qualifications and skills: University degree in civil or agricultural engineering or similar technical discipline, preferably with a focus on rural infrastructure. Familiarity with IFI processes and lending activities in infrastructure. Excellent project management and drafting and communications skills. Must be fluent in English.☝️ General professional experience: At least 15 years of related professional experience, out of which at least 5 years should be of international experience, in the rural infrastructure (note that international experience is considered as professional experience gained outside the expert’s country of nationality).☝️ Specific professional experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in programme/project management, including training/capacity building/institutional development, preferably in rural infrastructure for cooperatives, micro and small agricultural SME support. Should have carried out at least two international rural infrastructure management projects as Team Leader/Project Manager/Deputy team leader, of which at least one with an investment budget above EUR 5 million, preferably in the market enabling sector.
