Duke Kunshan University (DKU) is currently accepting applications for multiple teaching assistant positions across various disciplines, including but not limited to Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Economics. These positions are open to current students who will be hired as interns.The undergraduate curriculum at Duke Kunshan University embodies a "research-inflected liberal arts experience," drawing from Duke University's distinguished research background while embracing a robust liberal arts philosophy, structure, and approach. The curriculum prioritizes shared knowledge, integrated learning, and deep engagement, offering flexible pathways for students.The curriculum operates within intensive 7-week terms, allowing students to immerse themselves in two in-depth courses while also offering the flexibility to engage in longer 14-week courses as needed. Reports to:The Specialist for the Office of Academic Affairs, with a dotted reporting line to the course instructor Essential Duties:Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and exams, either remotely or in-person as required by the instructor.Provide support in leading recitation sessions or office hours, as required by the course instructor.Collaborate with faculty members to ensure effective delivery of course materials.Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the course instructor and Office of Academic Affairs.

Required Qualifications:Currently enrolled colleague students or recent graduates who have already received admissions offer for further study.Strong academic background in at least one of the following disciplines: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Economics, or completion of foundational courses in these areas.Proficiency in reading and speaking English fluently.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
