- Follows up suppliers progress and performance on site: ensure full issues transparency, report detailed progress and timing for both internal and customer purposes, - Leads quality audits at suppliers aiming at certification and / or mass production optimisation - Leads action plan follow up using tools such as PDCA, 8D, Control plan, FMEA, QRQC etc. - Participates in the development of Shang Gu suppliers panel KPI rating system, - Ensures and reports deliverables compliance (quality, cost, timing) internally and to PI customer at each key milestone of the project, - Keeps the company quality and project management tools updated and ensures their continuous improvement, - Participates in maintaining a perfect understanding and application of Shang Gu foreign customers quality standards at suppliers, - Drive suppliers panel performance and improvement in terms of process and cost efficiency. Contributes to suppliers panel expansion.
