Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to build and nurture strategic relationships with global channel management partners. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical fluency to drive API integrations and maximize partnership value. The ideal candidate will possess direct experience working with major channel managers and a proven track record in technology-driven partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership Management
- Establish, develop, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with leading global channel management providers
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, lead partnership negotiations, and execute commercial/technical agreements
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify new opportunities and jointly drive revenue growth
2. Technology Integration Leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal technical teams and external channel management partners
- Master both parties' API documentation and technical specifications to accurately communicate business requirements
- Develop integration project roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
3.Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Continuously monitor global channel management trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- Provide data-driven insights to inform company product roadmap and distribution strategy
4.Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, technology, and operations teams to ensure partner needs are met
- Incorporate partner feedback into product development cycles
- Develop and deliver channel management training to internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
Required:
1. 3-5 years of experience in channel management, hotel technology, travel tech, or SaaS
2. Direct working experience with at least 1-2 major global channel managers (SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, RateGain, Sabre, Amadeus)
3. Established network of contacts within these organizations
4. Strong technical aptitude with understanding of API concepts and system integration processes
5. Ability to effectively discuss interface specifications, data mapping, and troubleshooting with technical teams
6. Full professional proficiency in both Chinese and English for business negotiation and technical discussions
Preferred:
1. Successful experience leading end-to-end API integration projects with major channel managers
2. Experience working in a global/multicultural environment
3. Deep understanding of the hotel distribution ecosystem
