1. Provide excellent daily teaching for each student according to the IB course. 2. Ensure orderly classroom organization for purposeful activities throughout the day. 3. Implement and demonstrate high standards of work practice and review, critically reflect and evaluate one's own practices. 4. Show great personal care and support to students, promote compliance with individual differences, and provide strict, relevant, and important learning participation. 5. Utilize core resources and supplementary materials to develop clear teaching objectives. 6. Evaluate and analyze students' progress, provide information for teaching, and provide constructive feedback to promote students' progress in standards. 7. Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records. 8. Initiate, facilitate, and mitigate classroom discussions. 9. Regularly arrange office hours to provide advice and assistance to students.
