Job Responsibilities: Conduct STEAM classes in English for young children. Engage in English picture book reading with young children. Prepare lesson plans and a list of teaching aids in advance (considering the use of teaching aids and providing a list, but not specifically responsible for purchasing and preparing them). Control the class process and ensure the effectiveness of the class.

Qualifications: Native or near-native English proficiency. Bachelor's degree or above from a 211 university, with a background in Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Computer Science, Biology, Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Geology, or related science and engineering fields; or in Education, but with a science background in high school. American (British) undergraduate or high school graduates, or students from 985/211 universities in China, with a background in science and engineering. Have some teaching experience with young children and are not confined to the framework of exam-oriented education. Have a passion for and proficiency in a scientific field since childhood, and can draw on a wide range of knowledge in the classroom. Have an outgoing personality, be loving, have affinity, enjoy interacting with young children, and have strong empathy. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be proactive, and have good communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with the IB, AP curriculum system is preferred.
