Responsibilities: 1. Complete the corresponding curriculum design and develop training programs according to the teaching and research plan developed by the R&D department. 2. Responsible for the design of the Creative Education curriculum (primary school), including the design of teaching aids, courseware, lesson plans, and the design and implementation of teacher training programs. 3. Make interesting and inspiring projects and teaching aids to inspire children. 4. Actively participate in various trainings and organized activities. Qualifications: 1. Unlimited majors and colleges, Bachelor's degree or above, education and psychology related background is preferred, normal colleges and universities related background is preferred. 2. At least three years of experience in teaching field, one year of front-line teaching experience, with the skills of modeling software(Solidworks, UG,Rhinoceros,CAD, etc.). Applicants with equipment and tool use skills, self-designed projects and PPT design ability is preferred. 3. Love of hands-on production and love of spending time with children is a prerequisite for applying for this position. Applicants of strong hands-on skills, love of design and innovation are preferred. 4. We hope you possess the ability to design courses and classes. The person who participated in steam-related course development, had front-line teaching experience or project output experience is preferred.
