SQL T-SQL (Design schemas, tables, views, functions, stored procedures, manage database as a script)
.NET (REST APIs)
Azure DevOps general understanding
Azure DevOps CI/CD using Pipelines.
Nice to have:
SQL Server Administration including backups and general monitoring.
Elastic Search (Good in case we decide to migrate to it)
Azure SQL Database (Good in case we decide lift and ship approach)
Power BI
