1. Responsible for the construction and coding of the platform's core systems. 2. Responsible for the design and implementation of service infrastructure components and middleware. 3. Able to independently decompose, analyze, and implement business requirements. 4. Required to continuously engage in front-line coding.

5. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 3 years of Java software development experience. 6. Familiar with JVM and its principles, common GC mechanisms, proficient in Java performance tuning, familiar with JDK core basic classes, and proficient in IO resource management. 7. Proficient in Java performance analysis tools, with experience in Java product performance analysis. 8. Familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring, Mybatis, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc. 9. Possess extensive coding and Java Code & Review experience, as well as clear and complete system design thinking. 10. Familiar with commonly used backend data components (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.). 11. Good coding standards and habits, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and enjoy challenging work. 12. Team spirit, sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and ability to work under pressure. 13. Familiar with agile development and DevOps, familiar with big data, and experience in CDC-related Java development is preferred. 14. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is preferred.
