As School Principal the duties for the role will be wide ranging. The principal will work under the guidance of the Education Group management. Main responsibilities will include - Develop long-term and short-term plans under the guidance of the Education Group; Collaboratively formulate and actively fulfill the mission, goals, and objectives of the international academy; Guide and build the International Academy; Participate in school development activities including parents’ meetings, flag-raising ceremonies, seminars, and other school activities as directed; Responsible for the maintenance of the relationship between the school and outside parties, properly handle the multiple relationships between the school, parents, students and local educational institutions, building the school's reputation and ensuring student and parent satisfaction; Actively carry out the enrollment work, through leading the enrollment department, ensuring cost control, and achieving the overall school performance; Management of International Department activities including - School calendar and daily timetable; - Staff Management; - Teaching staff Career Development Plan; - Teaching quality; - School facilities and their use; - Parent communication and meetings; - Student and Staff dress code expectations and standards;

Note: This role is available to UK citizens only Salary negotiable - 600k to 1000k RMB per annum (50k to 85k per month), depending om experience and qualifications Minimum qualification of BA in Education - Master in Education is preferred At least 5 years experience in a principal roles at International schools, or high schools in your home country.
