Be responsible for driving safety standardization and Dual systems effective implementation within company level. SHE actions to ensure continuous improvement, of related SHE performance, permanent reduction of risks and loss prevention based on AC loss prevention standard (LPS). Conduct regular site SHE management supervision and continue improvement. Use the principle of PDCA for investigation, analysis, appraisal and report for SHE cases and lead relative departments to carry out prevention and corrective action. Be responsible for guiding regular legal compliance assessment and ensure fully compliance. SHE actions of responsible RCEs in QD PC so as to ensure continuous improvement SHE performance. Ensure that SHE program is properly planned and managed so that employees will be involved in SHE activities and have necessary SHE competence. BCMS system optimized and implement within company. Be responsible for SHE training implementation required by VTBA and China legal. Be responsible for contract management to be compliance with legal laws. To drive the company SHE awareness culture improvement by various of activities. Ensure the company emergency response plans are up-to-date and in line with relevant legislations, organize the regular drills and practices. Related affairs handling from local government and maintain good communication with local government.

To succeed, you will need Education level Diploma in Safety engineering, or mechanical technical background. Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) 3+ years in multi-national company SHE related experience preferable. Certified national safety engineer is required. Certified ISO14001& ISO45001&ISO 50001 internal auditor is preferred. Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities) Knowledge of machine guarding/LOTO/ergonomic engineering/PTW standards and requirements. Professional knowledge of risk assessment, Loss control skill for fire safety, detector system and firefighting system. Good computer proficiency and advance knowledge of MS Office Suite, internet/intranet functionalities and specialized database applications. Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements) Fluent in both spoken and written English ISO14001& 45001&50001 system.
