Job responsibilities
岗位职责：
1.负责现场新设备导入，设备维护与管理
2.建立设备维护保养体系，建立备品备件体系
3.解决设备异常情况，排除故障，对设备进行维修及预判
4.制定易损耗零部件更换计划
5.持续优化产品良率，设备OEE,提高产能效率
6.负责设备参数验证及优化
Job Requirements
招聘要求：
1.本科及以上学历，机械/电气/自动化相关专业
2.5年以上非标自动化设备调试经验，有机器人、点胶、模组、AOI、激光焊接等设备的工作经验
3.有较强的新知识学习欲望，动手能力较强
4.具有较强的抗压能力，能适应长期出差或外派常驻
5.机械、电气、机器人及视觉行业从业经验者优先
6.中、英文：听、说、读写熟练
