Job responsibilities
1. 根据学校整体安排和学术标准，进行授课；<br/>2. 根据课程特点、学生实际情况和学生的认知规律，有区分度地布置课业，并及时批改；<br/>3. 定期对学生的学习进展和成绩表现情况进行反馈，保持适度的家校沟通；<br/>4. 参与本课程各种教学研讨活动，与校内老师和海外校区老师切磋交流，不断提高业务能力和水平；<br/>5. 能够担任班导师，承担20人左右的学生管理和学业指导工作。<br/>6. 其他教学相关工作。
Job Requirements
1. 本科以上学历，学科相关专业；<br/>2. 熟悉国际课程或致力于投身国际教育行业的优秀应届毕业生；<br/>3. 良好的英语表达能力，有海外学习或生活经历者优先；<br/>4. 有个人魅力，具有较强的幽默感和教学感染力，善于组织课堂教学；<br/>5. 工作态度积极， 热爱教育事业，善于学习，团队合作精神强。
